Identity Verification

If verification is rejected, our Support team will notify you of the reason via email or Live Chat. Usually it is because the photo is unclear or incomplete. If you resubmit a correct document with a photo where the security code is visible, we can review it and resolve the issue. We accept a Myanmar National Registration Card (NRC) or a Passport. Please take a clear photo of the original document and submit it. For address verification, we may also request additional proof such as a bank statement or a local card.
Identity verification is a required step for the security of a player's account and funds. Verifying a player's personal information helps protect against account theft and illegal money laundering. This process is there to protect the interests of players themselves.
Football Betting
Once a match ends, the result is officially verified and processed through an automatic payout system. Normally, winnings are credited to your account within a few minutes of the match finishing. Payouts for disputed matches and technical issues may be slightly delayed, and our Support team will notify you.
An accumulator (parlay) means combining two or more matches into a single bet. If even one match loses, the entire accumulator is lost. However, if all matches come in, the payout can be large because the odds from every match are multiplied together. Players like it because the potential payout is big, even though the risk is higher.
In Live Betting, odds change actively while the match is being played. Odds can shift instantly when a goal is scored, a player receives a red card, or any other match event occurs. Players should have a good understanding of how quickly match events unfold and come in prepared. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
Odds are the numbers that show how much your stake will return as winnings. For Decimal Odds, if Team A is listed at 2.50, a bet of 1,000 Ks returns 2,500 Ks. Handicap means giving the stronger team a goal deficit to level the playing field. For example, if Team A has a -1.5 Handicap, they must win by 2 or more goals to count as a win.
At 555sport, you can bet on EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches, as well as matches from Europe, Asia, the FIFA World Cup, and the Champions League. MNL matches are listed on an MMT schedule so Myanmar players can follow along at any time.
Welcome Bonus
When you open an account at 555sport and make your first deposit, you automatically receive the welcome bonus. The bonus is 100% of your deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a 20,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 40,000 Ks. If you deposit more than 200,000 Ks, the bonus is capped at 100,000 Ks.
The wagering requirement is the condition that specifies how much you need to play through before you can withdraw bonus funds. At 555sport, the wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 15. For example, if you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, you need to wager 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus. For a 100,000 Ks bonus, the wagering requirement is 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
When completing wagering requirements, bets from slots games are counted in full. Bets from live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger) may be counted at a different rate. You can check which games count in full in the Terms & Conditions or ask Support directly.
If you receive a bonus but do not complete the wagering requirement within the set period, the bonus may be removed from your account. Support will notify you of the bonus validity period and wagering deadline when the bonus is issued. Withdrawing before completing wagering may also cause the bonus to be forfeited. Please plan your time well after receiving a bonus.
Through the 555sport Referral Program, the referrer receives 5% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per person. In addition, you also earn 0.2% of the valid bets placed by your referred players as a weekly commission. Contact Support to get your referral link.
Depositing
At 555sport, players in Myanmar can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. These methods are widely trusted across Myanmar, making them the most convenient options for Myanmar players.
Whether you use KBZPay, Wave Money or AYA Pay, the minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. For withdrawals, the minimum is 30,000 Ks, and requests are normally processed within 1 hour.
555sport does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay may have their own transaction fee policies. Please check directly with the relevant service provider regarding those fees.
Log in to your 555sport account and select the deposit section. Choose Wave Money as your payment method, then transfer the money to the Wave Money number shown via the Wave Money app. Enter your 555sport account ID as the reference. After transferring, send a screenshot of the receipt to Support — your balance will be updated right away.
If your balance has not appeared within a few minutes of depositing, send your transfer reference number (Transaction ID) and screenshot to 555sport's 24/7 Live Chat. Our support team will check and resolve it immediately. If you can't remember the reference number, you can find it in the Transaction History of your payment app.
